5. Unfailing Love

(Psalm 32)

Psalm 32 is all about praise for God’s forgiveness, and the importance of confession.

In this Psalm there are several different words for sin, and several ways to describe confession. Clearly, the Psalmist wants to explore what it means to nakedly acknowledge our need in order to know the joy that comes from experiencing full forgiveness.

Tried so hard to cover it up,
Avoiding the truth, pretending to be strong
Turns out God can cover it all
There’s no need to hide when everything’s gone wrong
